- Many of the newer subdivisions around Lynchburg, Forest, and Timberlake require architectural review committee approval before any exterior modification, including permanent lighting. We prepare the submission packet for you, including design renderings, hardware specifications, and color samples. We have a strong approval track record because the systems we install sit inside the existing trim and are not visible from the street when off. If your association has unusual requirements, tell us during the initial consultation and we will design to them.
- Yes, easily. Virginia winters are mild compared to the Northeast or Midwest. Snow events are typically three to six inches and ice storms are the more demanding weather. The equipment we install is rated for far harsher conditions than Virginia produces, which is actually a reason permanent lighting performs so well here.
